I owe my roommates money. They holding all of my belongings, planning to sell all of it, including my car. (VA) legaladvice

I had a fallout between my roommates, and I. In order to continue living in the unfurnished basement. I wasn't allowed anywhere else in the, unless approved, going out, or using the bathroom. I was stuck with only a bed, refrigerator, and a microwave. Due to my mental health, I had to move out. They were mad this, thinking that I wouldn't pay back for what I owe, and now they plan to sell my stuff. I had to take a train ride to MD, where I am currently living, because they took my car keys right in front of me. They also forced me to sign the title to be as the seller.

I'm including the agreement that was made via email. It has been altered for security. My question is. Is that a legal binding agreement? Can they hold onto my belongings? Can they sell my belongings.

Subject: Living agreement prototype

1 months rent after moving $300 a month rent until moving, no partial months 25% of all mandatory utilities, including backcost for May, June, July and August. A minimum of two hours a day chore time, actual time, not "OP time," to satisfaction, tranferable within 1 week timeperiod, with a week starting on Mondays Everything, sans cloths and toiletries, is to be held, unused by us until the full amount is paid back. A 20% monthly interest, applied on the 1st of every month.

The basement will be your space. You will need to be out of the house a minimum of 4-8 hours a day. You are not be alone in the house at any time, nor will you be given your key back. The first two days back will be spent making the basement freaking sparkle

Failure to make regular "good faith" payments will incure a 10% weekly penalty, applied on the Monday of that week.

Upon any attempt to bring this to court, the full court costs will be paid by Dan, as will any lost work time and transportation fees.

All food items are to be kept seperate in your own space. The minifridge downstairs is free for your use.

Leaving your space (basement) and entering ours (otherside of bathroom needs and leaving the house) is to be approved beforehand.

My response: I accept the terms

They were using my belongings. They also changed the hours. I was made to clean three hours a day, and to be gone out of the house six hours a day.
