I bought some packaged fresh basil leaves. The package says "Store at 50 degrees. Do not refrigerate." Whose house is 50 degrees?
Which is better: to store this at room temperature at about 68 degrees, or store this in the refrigerator at about 38 degrees? 18 degrees above the suggestion or 12 degrees below it?
