Hello guys! Im currently at a boarding school in Denmark. The school has a gym and i
ve started working out. My problem is that i only have access to a microwave and i have a hard time eating enough calories when we have our meals. In the weekend im home so i`m able to use all the regular kitchen equipment. What are some meals that i can make without having to store the in the fridge?
