Hey /r/DIY,
I'm having a bit of trouble with the water line running from my garage to the back of my refrigerator.
Pressure keeps blowing the line off at the refrigerator end.
I believe one of two things might be happening:
- That the flow of water going into the line from the garage end might be too strong.
Or
- Because there's no kind of regulator, the water continues to flow even after the tank in the refrigerator is full and the pressure builds up Here's a picture of the water line connection in the garage
Either way, I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?
