How long will you eat leftover food? We had ham on Sunday and I've made ham sandwiches, chef salads and pinto beans with the leftover bone. The beans are still in the refrigerator and I plan to finish them off over the weekend. That will be a full week after I cooked the ham which is against the three day rule but I'm frugal and know that they were properly refrigerated.
So do you break the three day rule?
