How should I go about keto on a budget AND having only a microwave and refrigerator? keto

First and foremost, I love this sub for introducing me to the keto diet. I feel much healthier and lost a few pounds. I would love to continue this lifestyle, but have a bit of a problem.

I'm going to run out of my mandatory meal points soon, and am not planning on adding more money to my meal plan because the food in my school is expensive. I've read through many low-budget keto posts and a lot of the comments offer solutions involving cooking meat which wouldn't work for me because I'm in a dorm where there are zero cooking appliances except for a microwave.

I was wondering if I would have to go mainly vegan until the end of the school year (will settle in an apartment by then). Are there any foods aside from salads, tuna, and canned meat (sausages, spam) that I can eat while on a $50/week budget in NYC? (There are cheap supermarkets nearby, so no worries about the city being too expensive. I'm more concerned about food choices, but I thought I'd mention my budget for reference.)

All suggestions are greatly appreciated.
