I'm pretty sure all of you know what I'm talking about, but at the very least any college students will understand. It's the state of being so tired and sleep deprived that you are basically drunk.
Symptoms include: Incoherent speaking, laughing at fucking everything, general loopiness, general fatigue and exhaustion, and inability to perform various simple tasks without making silly mistakes (i.e. Putting the dishes in the refrigerator after you finish eating)
Is there another word to describe that state? I feel like there should be
