GE Profile French door bottom freezer refrigerator. Model PFS22SIBSS Compressor shows manufacture date of 02/11/06. It came with the house when I bought it.
Compressor is running but hot, fridge is at 50, freezer at 39. Compressor fan is working and condenser is not dirty. Haven't been able to check the evaporator as I worked til 11 last night and back in at 7am today.
From what I read online this model is prone to problems, but it was initially pretty expensive I believe. I'm leaning towards replace but money is tight. What say ye, Reddit?
