Hi all,
There is a showing on my family home that is for sale. My father deconstructed my bar and put everything in the refrigerator to hide it. (I guess according to him, people don't buy houses that have liquor in them?)
I am wondering if temperature cycling will affect the flavor of any of my bottles, especially my nicer scotches and aperitifs. Is it better to leave them in the refrigerator now, move them back to room temp, or what? I don't want to ruin ~$600 worth of bottles.
