Food has been accidentally thawed for an indeterminable amount of time. Is it safe to eat if cooked above 165 degrees F? NoStupidQuestions

Quick summary: We've been having issues with our refrigerator where it quits working sporadically. This also affects our freezer. I went to get a frozen burrito only to find that everything has thawed after a month of working perfectly. I temped the burrito at 67 degrees Fahrenheit. Can I safely eat it if I cook it so it temps out well beyond 165 degrees Fahrenheit?

EDIT: I've already cooked it, by the way. It temped a little over 200 degrees F.
