Not exactly canning but related. I made some veggie stock the other day and put it in a mason jar. I left it out to cool before putting it in the refrigerator. I guess it wasn't cool enough because when I got it out to use today the lid was sucked in and sealed. Since this wasn't actually canned and sterile and all of that will there be any issues with my stock? Thanks.
