A friend of mine is leaving town for a week, so he dumped a bunch of frozen fish my way. One of em is a black porgy which I'm having trouble deciding on recipes especially with the lack thereof on the web. So, what would you suggest I do with this thawed hunk of fish in my refrigerator into something delicious?
