Need help with cooked vegetable food

Chayote, Zucchini and mainly cooked carrots(and sometimes broccoli), are souring very fast inside the refrigerator. They last about 2 to 3 days before they spoil. i dont know if it is a problem of my refrigerator or if im doing something wrong, but it used to last 5 to 7 days before it sour. My method of conservation is to place them inside in separated plastic pots with no paper in the botton(except for the broccoli). thats it. i hope you help me to realize what im doing it wrong.
