Anyone else in Central, NJ notice that their water smells and tastes extremely chlorinated? newjersey

I'm around the New Brunswick/ Central, NJ area and I noticed that the water coming out of the faucets smells and tastes heavily chlorinated. However, as I expected, filtered water out of the refrigerator door is fine to drink. My brother has been complaining about it today, too.

I went out to dinner tonight in South Plainfield and ordered tap water and same deal... My boyfriend even noticed it and wouldn't drink the water.

Since I've noticed it, I have had some to drink and have been feeling pretty ill at night. I haven't thrown up but I've felt like it.

Does anyone else around here notice this? Who do I call in a situation like this?
