I'm sure most of you have heard about the trick that cooking white rice with coconut oil then letting it sit in the refrigerator will greatly reduce the number of calories in the rice.

Brown rice is regarded as healthier, but I can not find any information that states that cooking brown rice the same way will also reduce the calories. Does anyone know if it would work the same way and if so can you share any recipes?
