I'm looking for a tenant for my Knights Circle apartment bedroom in the Knights Circle complex off of Gemini Blvd across from UCF main campus in Orlando. It is in building 1 so it is very close to the entrance of the complex, also Knights Circle provides free busing transportation to the campus. There are basketball courts, tennis courts, pools, and an entertainment area that you can rent out and watch movies. The clubhouses are very modern and the upkeep is excellent. If you have any problems with the unit the maintenance team is very prompt to help with any issues you may have, just be sure to put in a work order. My three male roommates are friendly, but mostly keep to themselves. The sooner you can move in the better! I'll even throw in a refrigerator as I have no place to put it right now anyway. Also the apartment has a washer/dryer unit included, and there's no cap for utilities. You have to be a student to live here though. $605 a month is what I'm asking but rent price is negotiable. The lease is up August 1st so looking for a tenant from April to end of July. If you have any questions or would like to see the place just DM me and we'll go from there.
