[Hope this isn't a violation of any rules. I didn't find any more appropriate sub to post it to.]
I'm not sure how well wine refrigerators are thought of in the wine community, but I'm hoping to get some recommendations... Not to store wine, but for a perfume collection (Well, and maybe a few bottles of Red too....).
I think the ideal storage requirements are similar: limited or low light; low or at least stable humidity and a constant temp somewhere from 50 to 70 degrees F.
The unusual issue for me, which I'm hoping some of you can address from personal experience, is the ability to remove the bottle holding racks from the inside. I would probably be wanting to make some shelves to go inside instead.
Don't need any thing cutting-edge or fancy design. It won't be a show piece. Strictly functional.
Smallish (a cubic foot or so, I'd guess) to medium sized (three cubic feet would surely allow a few bottle of wine to be cooled too) would be great.
If no specific make or modle recs, good online or brick and mortar shops to check out would be appreciated too.
