I have some bottles of Guinness stout that have been sitting around for possibly 6-7 years. Sometimes they were refrigerated. It's possible they were heated to room temperature or warmer, I don't remember. For maybe a year now, they've been at a cool temperature but not quite refrigerator cool. Are they safe to drink without getting Montezumas revenge? Are they skunked? Could I tell they've gone bad by the flavor? Thanks!
