I know you guys (Provident) lurk on this sub so I am posting this rant.
After all we have been through. 8 Zombucks, 8 Hercules (plus the 5oz) and countless inbetweener orders. All I ask is that I get a magnet with my orders.
At some point you guys decided I only get them on a random basis. This causes me some stress since I still have refrigerator space and I was trying to fill it up. I open the package giddy to tear right into the brown envelope where I know the magnet (should be) is. But it is not there. :(
I know you probably only made a few million of these things but as a loyal customer I am asking, no begging to not be left in the dark if you are phasing them out. And please PLEASE do not send me any more lanyards.
