My one complaint about sriracha is that when you take it out of the refrigerator and the cool air inside warms up and creates a small amount of pressure it shoots the sauce out of the top once opened.
All you have to do is unscrew the entire top a half of a turn before opening the smaller nozzle. It releases the pressure and thus makes no mess.
