How to calculate calory of custom made food? loseit


I started to consume kefir whenever I feel hungry after hearing that is pretty useful. Sometimes I mix it with some fruits to make it tasty.


The problem is I don't know the calory amounts. I produce this kefir by using milk and kefir essential as compounds. I know only calory amount of milk but while milk changes to kefir these amounts also change.


How can I calculate the calory amount and protein percentages?

Also I make the kefir weekly and store in refrigerator with other foods at regular temperature. So everyday taste and structure of kefir changes due to increase in bacteries. Would that increase or decrease calory/protein percentage? Any ideas?
