First time homeowner and I swear to god I have a ghost. Plumbers of reddit, help me solve this issue. Plumbing

Yesterday was a normal day, woke up, fed animals, showered, got ready for work. I started the dishwasher on my way out the door at 7 am. I worked late (13 hour day) and got home around 9 last night. Now things get weird.

First thing I noticed, water on the kitchen floor. Ok, power went out? All the ice had melted in the freezer and some food had started thawing out during the day, ok... but none of my clocks had been reset, oven and microwave had the correct time. Clean it up and move on.

Next I notice the dishwasher hasn't run. I swear on the lives of my grandfathers I started it. There is zero doubt. I am 100% sure of this. Try to start it again, error codes flashing. Dishwasher will not start cycle.

Ok, well, I still have water right... but my water pressure is getting low. OK now we're onto something. Heading to the basement...

I'm on well water on the east coast USA, temperatures have been excellent lately. Well is approximately 35 years old.

Well bladder tank showing 0 psi at my pump switch. Remove cover and blow off. Turn well-pump breaker to OFF and back ON. Still nothing.

OK, plumbing issue right? No. My new samsung TV started turning itself off every now and again. My lights all seem to dim and brighten with a very consistent regularity. Any LED bulb in the house begin to flash like a strobe light on a slow setting. As I type this it just started up again. Lights will dim/flicker for about 10-15 mins, then normal for 20-30 mins. My laptop is plugged into the same receptacles as the lamps, and has been losing charge all night with this same regularity. Its been doing it all night.

I dont have an electrical tester, but I've almost determined the lights flicker and dim as the refrigerator compressor pump kicks on and runs... I think. But why do I not have water pressure? What are the chances of this being a coincidence? (one of the garage doors also malfunctioned)

I've also checked the well house. Everything is visually normal.

I have food and milk spoiling, and google isn't turning up anything.
