Squeaking Refrigerator Condenser fan - need advice on lubricants HomeImprovement

Have an ancient fridge in a rental apartment - I could ask for a replacement from LL but am trying to keep this one going because the replacements tend to be much smaller.

In any case, I have absolutely isolated the 'issue' of the squeaking, as about a year ago I sprayed each end of the fan crankshaft (if that is the right word) with Lithium white grease and its stopped squeaking for over a year.

But recently the squeaking started up again and now the grease is not working. My question is if there is a more heavy duty type of grease I could use.

I would add - this is a weird model of fridge, the fan is surrounded by condenser coils so its impossible to reach the fan by hand without dissembling the whole thing.
