Hello, I'm looking for studio or 1 bedroom apartment with a max rent of $1600. I'm a single woman and have been employed at the same company for 2 years, good credit, no pets/kids, non-smoker. I do like to cook so having a stove/refrigerator is necessary. Hoping the sq foot is at least 250. Prefer laundry in building/unit or within walking distance. Also hoping the residence is within 1 mile/walking distance to a BART station.
Looking in Oakland area, around Lake Merritt, or Berkeley.
I know, I know. Tall order, but I'm really hoping for my own place. Thanks for your time.
