I was lucky enough to get 10 ears of corn for ~$2 USD (where I live currently, this is a steal beyond my wildest dreams). Unfortunately, it's using up a lot of my limited refrigerator + freezer space at the moment.
I'm fine with grilling corn and even corn salsas, but I'd like to try something new since I can experiment a little bit. I have a tiny kitchen and limited gadgets, so nothing too complicated that needs a lot of different machines to make an end product would be possible (maybe some day...).
How do you like your corn? Preferably meatless but most recipes are honestly adaptable anyways
