Just thought I'd share my apartment-sized fermentation chamber that I put together this weekend. It fits 2x3 gallon Better Bottles with blowoff tubes, without modifications to the fridge.
I simply took out the two upper shelves in this 4.4 cf minifridge from Costco, and attached a dual-relay InkBird temperature controller. The whole set up took less than 5 minutes to put together. The key thing is to buy a minifridge that is "all refrigerator" (no freezer compartment) so that there's enough space.
I had some trouble finding information about minifridges that could be easily made in to a fermentation chamber with a minimum of assembly required, so I figure I'd post this in case anyone else was having the same issue.
