Anybody use Thermo Fisher's Smart-Vue for monitoring their -80 freezers / refrigerators / LN2?
So far Thermo has been slow and less than helpful. Beginning to wonder if I am wasting my time and should go with Rees Scientific's monitoring system. If anyone has any experience with either let me know what you think. Thanks in advance!
