Over the next nine days I will be in my dorm, and all the cafeterias will be closed. I am on my own for food, but all I have is a refrigerator, sink and a microwave. I don't really have dishes either, but could buy a bowl and plate. Would it be possible to prepare healthy meals with very little prep?
I usually eat a lot of vegetables and lean meat, and currently on a 400 caloric deficit.
