If your character is strong enough he will be able to grab and haul refrigerators around. Refrigerators are tall enough to block line of sight so the Turret won't be able to target you.
Refrigerators can usually be found in rooms filled with slime pits.
Grab as many refrigerators as you can and drag them to the room with the turret(7 is prolly enuff).
Push one forward as you go through the door so the turret won't shoot you immediately.
A total of 7 refrigerators should be enough for the job. Push the refrigerators until you have a wall of them between you and the turret.
Now start to slowly grab and push the refrigerators forward one by one to make now make the wall of fridges perpendicular to their original position and so that you can safely cross over to the terminal. Be careful to make sure the turret is unable to spot you.
Finally you should be able to reach the terminal when you have been able to successfully extend the blocking wall all the way to the terminal.
Then rape the terminal for information and map data.
