Hello everybody, I feel like I’ve read so many posts like this but I️ can’t seem to find any now that I’m loooking for one. Maybe y’all can help me. So I rented in Seattle for a few months and my landlord was very hands off to say the least. After i moved out, i didn’t receive my security deposits/itemized deduction until today (1/12/2018) and i moved our December 1st (12/11/2017). I think not only was he suppose to get this to me by 21 days after i left but he is also taking my entire deposits and asking I pay him $50? He wants it for cleaning which i did throughly before i left. He wants 100 to clean the oven, 100 for the bathroom 100 oven/stove and $50 for damage to the refrigerator, and 300 for removing some items I️ left there (which I️ did but I️ don’t think it would cost that much to do) There are no actual receipts for the cleaning it’s just something he typed up. What are my options?
