hi folks,
Not BIFL but,
I have the typical 2 door refrigerator that most homes have, but an old model. Came with the place I rent.
I have heard of ozone pumps that you can install inside your refrigerator that would pump out small amount of Activated Oxygen (O3) at regular intervals, to keep the food items fresh.
I know nothing beats regular cleaning with white vinegar and luke warm soap, but I am a young bachelor (read very lazy). I have a maid who comes cleans the place once a month, but I have been noticing my Blackberries, Strawberries I keep inside my refrigerator gets mold by the 3rd or 4th day. I buy a lot of these because I make smoothies (again another lazy solution, i know), and I always buy fresh strawberries and blackberries from the local grocery store.
