My mom is going to be gone for 7 hours tomorrow and this kitchen will be clean tomorrow. Now how should I go about this? hoarding

So my mom was always a bit of a hoarder but, never terrible. For the past 3-4 years since I moved tho, it goes downhill like shit. It was worse last year. With some help it got to this. She's stuck buying a bunch of food that she'll never cook and even loose in this mess and leave trash wherever. I'm trying to cook and eat healthier. Tired of being a fatass so, this kitchen will be clean enough where I'm not going to have a breakdown, seeing a swarm of roaches in there way to the orgy, because she's checked out on cleaning and can't even be bothered to flush the toilet.

Here my plan of attack: I can't throw everything under the cabinets because if bugs but, I do have some plastic tubs I can clean out quickly to make room for them. From there just throw everything expired/rubbish away. Clean the entire counter top, stove top and sink. The dish washer and that refrigerator is broken (don't worry we have 2 others and 2 deep freezers) I don't know if I should prioritize cleaning those out or not. Afterwards the floor and lightings can use some furious TLC. Afterwards I can start doing some cleaning inside the cabinets.

What do you think? Advice appreciated!
