Hi r/Homebrewing, new-ish brewer here with a question about yeast. I purchased some White Labs Saison yeast about a month and a half ago from my local homebrew supply store. Its been stored in a extra refrigerator in the basement. Is it too old to use? If i make a starter will I be ok? If so, how do i make a starter?
