I'm making biscuits stuffed with sausage gravy and was wondering if I have to freeze the gravy according to this recipe if I made the gravy a day ahead of time. The gravy is in the refrigerator currently. I am planning on stuffing the biscuit dough with the gravy tomorrow. If both biscuit dough & gravy are at the same temperature, would I still have to freeze the gravy to prevent the biscuits from exploding?
