Hello, My fiancee and I are seeking sub-letters for a house in San Bruno. The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a den downstairs that is spacious enough to be a bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom in the den. The kitchen has relatively new appliances (stove, refrigerator, dish washer). The kitchen is next to the dining room and living room area. There are wood floors throughout.
The attached garage is very spacious and has plenty of shelving and storage space. There is a washer and dryer hook-up available in the garage, along with a deep sink for soaking laundry. The backyard is paved and a good size for BBQs.
The house is 0.3 miles from Caltrain, 1.1 miles from BART, very close to SFO, 101, 280, and more. There are many shops and grocery stores nearby.
The house would be available October 1st. We would like to sublet until July 2017 (but we are willing to negotiate a shorter term).
$2,250 + utilities. Unfurnished; but furnishing is negotiable.
