About 10 days ago I made a corned beef, sealed it up in plastic bags, and placed in the refrigerator with the intention of cooking it within 5-7 days. Ended up getting sick and didn't get around to cooking it off. Since corning is a method of preservation, what is the maximum amount of time that I can safely keep it in its uncooked form?
