Hey everyone,
My wife and I got our first in-fridge water filter/cooling system. In our old condo we used a brita filter and we're kind of looking forward to not using one in the new house. The only issue is, the new city water that the new house uses has a weird almost chalky taste to it and the filter that our fridge uses leaves a good amount of that taste still in it.
When I use the brita, it's gone completely and the water tastes a lot cleaner. We have an LG fridge and it uses this filter
Are there other filters I could buy that would do a better job? Really sucks especially because the ice it makes has the same kind of flavor as it melts, so I've ruined a couple of glasses of decent bourbon.
