This summer I am visiting my father for a month. He gets all his meals at work, so he never bought anything for his kitchen. He has a fridge and a stove, that's it, no other kitchen supplies or appliances.
I'm trying to think of the best way to handle this. I could buy a microwave or a pot, but I'm wondering if anyone knows a good, budget diet that is possible with only a refrigerator. Anyone ever been in a similar spot?
I'd like to eat healthy, and cheaply, that's about it. I can stomach any diet, even eating the same thing three times a day.
