My family is on the verge of having nothing. We live in a 20yr old trailer thats falling apart; no furnace, refrigerator and oven barely work, plumbing and electrical problems, subflooring is in very VERY bad shape. The list goes on. This place is a nightmare to live in. On top of that, the only car we have is getting questionable. Had to scrape $500 together to make a major repair to it otherwise the only two working people would have lost our jobs.
there is nothing i would love more than to get out of this place and into something atleast half decent. Unfortunately, we cannot get financed for a dime, cant get a loan, we don't qualify for any repair/update/renovation/whatever home programs because the home is a mobile home.
I've looked everywhere, talked to anyone i could, and gotten nowhere. I dont know what to do..
