I have a bowl of bacon grease that I have been saving for a long time. It's in a ceramic bowl, uncovered, in the refrigerator and has been there for awhile now.
How long would you keep this bowl of uncovered bacon grease in your refrigerator and USE until you feel that it's no longer viable?
I'm keeping the age/date of the bacon grease secret until I get enough answers to sway me to one direction or another.
