I have a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator (596.77533603) and I think the freezer is failing/has failed. We first noticed that the ice cubes were soft yesterday and then this afternoon we noticed that things in the bottom pull out freezer drawer were defrosting. I am trying to find an appliance repair shop today, but not having any luck on a Saturday (Calgary). I can hear a quiet constant fan noise under the fridge. I periodically hear a clicking noise as if something is trying to turn on (relay) about every 5 minutes. It seems to click a second time about 5-10 seconds later. Any idea what this could be ?
