[Question] Freezing and refrigerating chicken livers continuously Paleo

I got the jar of organic chicken livers from Whole Foods. I'm not able to eat 1 serving off the livers every day (vitamin A content), so what I thought was that I could keep it frozen most of the time, let it partially thaw in the refrigerator, cook around 1 serving from the container, and refreeze the container. Will this work for 3 weeks or so? I've read that you can freeze chicken liver indefinitely, so I think that it theoretically would.
