Masa Harina
Corn Meal
Oats
Rice
Rice Flour Noodles
Beans
Spices
Eggs
Canned and Frozen Vegetables
Oil (Olive & Coconut)
Rice Vinegar
Sesame Oil
Onions
Potatoes
Apples
I'm sure there's stuff missing from this list that I should keep stocked. Any suggestions?
What do you always keep a supply of in your cupboards/pantry, refrigerator, and/or freezer?
