So the local stores have all of their fresh (non-frozen) refrigerators. All of them are marked "cook or freeze by 11/27" (day after Thanksgiving). My question is, how the fuck is this safe? I thought raw poultry was only good refrigerated for 1 to 2 days. If I buy it now, it will be in the refrigerator for 5 days.
Is my life a lie?
