Can i still eat chicken breasts that have dried out in the refrigerator? Cooking

Hi, just a quick question.

I opened a pack of chicken breasts 2 days ago and just now wanted to use the rest, only to find out that they have dried out on top (probably due to me not covering the package properly).

They smell perfectly fine and are still very juicy on the bottom, can I just remove the "leathery" part with a knife and use them or should I just throw them out to be safe?
