Raw, Vegan, Gluten-Free Chia Pudding made with Raw Cacao and Echinacea RawFoodLove


A quick & easy breakfast or a on-the-go healthy snack


3 tablespoons Chia seeds


1 cup Almond milk


4 Tablespoons Mito-Endurance


1 teaspoon honey or dash of vanilla stevia


½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract


½ teaspoon cinnamon


In a bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, Mito-E, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract. It may not look like much now, but give it about 15 minutes and these little magical seeds will swell up by slowly absorbing the almond milk. Whisk again after 15 minutes. Spoon pudding into individual ramekins or small cups and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
