Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing recipes



  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon pepper

  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic

  • 1/3 of a cup of balsamic vinegar

  • 1/3 of a cup of rice vinegar

  • 2/3 of a cup of vegetable oil

  • 2/3 of a cup of extra virgin olive oil


pour all the liquid ingredients in a measuring cup or bowl, then mix in salt, pepper and garlic powder. put garlic cloves in food processor and process until completely minced. With the garlic sticking to the sides of the food processor, pour in the balsamic and oil and seasoning mixture while food processor is on. allow all ingredients to mix. Scrape down any remaining whole ingredients from the side of food processor and blend some more. Once it has thickened and there are no more solids, pour into a mason jar or other desired storing method. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
