I just made bacon infused whiskey with the bacon fat and a piece of bacon, and I let it sit on my counter for two days to infuse. I strained it after freezing it and getting the fat out, and I was told to keep it in the refrigerator after. Will I have the possibility of getting sick because I left it out for two days even though it's being refrigerated now?
