Help replacing the area of pipe where a saddle valve was with a tee stop to run a refrigerator line. Plumbing

Got a new fridge the old water line is leaking now and the old saddle valve is stripped out.

Im going to cut it out and replace that area of pipe with this https://www.lowes.com/pd/SharkBite-1-2-in-Push-to-Connect-x-1-2-in-Push-to-Connect-Reducing-Tee-Push-Fitting/1000201707 and connect the water line to the fridge to this.

Any tips or things I should think about?
