I have a Whirlpool ED20TKXDW00 and the freezer is working but the fridge side is no longer cooling. It is about 55 degrees (F) in the fridge now but the freezer is still frozen.
The coils in the freezer have a very small amount of frost on them but are not blocked. The fan above the coil spins. There is a fan underneath that is visible between the bottom coil and drip tray that is blowing. I have cleaned the bottom coils as best as I could last week.
The problem seems to be there isn't enough cold air coming from the freezer into the duct that goes to the fridge side. What can I do? We are about to buy a new one but can't find one that we like that will fit the weird size in the kitchen. Most new fridges measure out to be 4" deeper than the one we have now and currently the fridge sticks 4" out into the entrance to the kitchen as it is.
